PROJECT: The Joloda Derig
The Breakdown
Project Overview
This project involved a major derig of a 205,000ft2 Joloda roller bed system. The goal being to return the whole space to a fresh slate. The focus was on making sure the planning was precise and the deadline for each phase was met to allow other trades to complete their tasks on site.
Our Approach
We conducted multiple site visits to identify pain points before any commencement dates, and supplied a team of operatives along with a hands-on SMSTS qualified project manager to oversee the entire project from start to finish.

The Challenge
The client’s main concern was to have the system removed in what seemed like an unlikely time frame. The main challenge was to ensure the deadline for each phase was always met with no screw, bolt or component left in sight.
